A. Stuart Rubin
Chairman, President and CEO

Mr. Rubin is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and is involved in all major acquisition, financing, repositioning, asset management and disposition decisions. Mr. Rubin has approximately 18 years of broad-based real estate investment experience and has been involved in over 100 transactions involving approximately $1 billion of real estate. He is also Chairman of RP's Investment Committee. Mr. Rubin is a part owner of L&R Auto Parks, Inc. (dba Joe's Auto Parks, 5 Star Parking, Wally Park, All Star & Valet Parking) in Beverly Hills, California, a company founded by Mr. Rubin's father and other partners in 1959. Mr. Rubin is not active in management of this business. Mr. Rubin serves on the Board of Directors of The Private Bank of California, the Board of Directors of Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services and the Board of Overseers of the Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles. Mr. Rubin dedicates his full working time to the business of RP. Mr. Rubin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.



Howard Aminoff
Executive Vice President / Director of Acquisitions

Joined RP in 2006. Mr. Aminoff has a 15-year working relationship with RP assisting it in sourcing investment opportunities and consummating acquisitions. Mr. Aminoff has 27 years of broad-based real estate experience and has been involved in over 50 transactions involving approximately $750 million of real estate. Prior to joining RP, from 1993 to 2006, Mr. Aminoff was the founder and President of HMA Property Advisors, Inc., a real estate advisory, consulting and investment company, and in that capacity, Mr. Aminoff worked as an independent contractor for a variety of real estate investment companies, including IDS Financial from 1993 until 2006. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Aminoff was President of Morton Capital Management's Real Estate Division. He also serves as an advisor to the Santa Monica College Real Estate Committee. Mr. Aminoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Masters of Science degree from C.W. Post College.



Richard Costanzo
Executive Vice President

Joined RP in 2003. Mr. Costanzo is responsible for acquisitions, redevelopment, and repositioning. Mr. Costanzo has 22 years of broad-based real estate investment experience and has been involved in over 100 transactions involving approximately $750 million of real estate. Prior to joining RP, Mr. Costanzo was Vice President of U.S. Development at Safeway, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Costanzo was in charge of real estate for Safeway Inc.'s Seattle division. From 1984 to 1991, he was a Senior Real Estate Manager for McDonald's Corporation in charge of the southwest and northwest markets. Mr. Costanzo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Nebraska.



Jason Lieberman
Chief Operating Officer / Executive Vice President

Joined RP in 1995. Mr. Lieberman is responsible for the majority of the acquisition, disposition, financing, property and portfolio asset management. Mr. Lieberman has over 13 years of broad-based real estate investment and management experience and has been involved in over 50 transactions involving approximately $1 billion of real estate investment. Mr. Lieberman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Mr. Lieberman is also a member of the State Bar of California.



Dan Soussan
Chief Financial Officer / Executive Vice President

Joined RP in 2002. Mr. Soussan is responsible for financial reporting, corporate finance and investor relations. Since joining the firm, Mr. Soussan has upheld strong financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information and enhancing internal control. Mr. Soussan has 20 years of experience and has been involved in approximately 35 transactions involving approximately $750 million of real estate investment. Mr. Soussan came to RP with a tremendous amount of retail experience as he had spent 5 years collectively serving as Controller at BCBG Inc., and Guess? Inc. — two of the biggest retail brands in the fashion industry. Mr. Soussan received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Concordia University.



Michael B. Zoob
Executive Vice President

Joined RP in 2008. Mr. Zoob is responsible for directing the company’s leasing for its portfolio as well as assisting with acquisitions. Mr. Zoob has in excess of 20 years of retail real estate experience on the Landlord and Tenant side of the business. He has been directly involved in over 800 lease and sale transactions. Prior to joining RP, Mr. Zoob was Vice President, Western Region of Katz & Associates from 2002 to 2008 responsible for handling the real estate requirements for Linens ’n Things, Cost Plus World Market, Loehmann’s as well as a host of other clients throughout Southern CA, AZ and Las Vegas, NV. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Zoob was Vice President/Director for Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services in and provided real estate services to host of retailer and restaurant company’s throughout Southern CA. From 1987 to 2000, he was an Associate Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company in San Diego County and Orange County, respectively handling numerous leasing assignments and tenant representation assignments throughout southern CA. Mr. Zoob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Mr. Zoob has been an active member of ICSC since 1987 and holds a CA Real Estate Broker License.



Robert Galanti
Senior Vice President

Joined RP in 1992. Mr. Galanti is responsible for the leasing and management of RP's assets. Mr. Galanti has 16 years of leasing and management experience and has been involved in approximately 900 transactions involving approximately $.5 billion of real estate leasing. Prior to joining RP, Mr. Galanti was a member of the retail leasing team for La Mancha Development Company from 1988 to 1992, and was promoted to Director of Leasing in 1990. Mr. Galanti received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge in 1982, and also attended the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.



Bradley Tabach-Bank
General Counsel and Secretary

Joined RP in 2005. Mr. Tabach-Bank has a five-year working relationship with RP advising it on various legal matters. Mr. Tabach-Bank has 37 years of broad-based legal and real estate experience and has been involved in approximately 200 transactions involving approximately $500 million of real estate. Prior to joining RP, Mr. Tabach-Bank, was Of Counsel to Reish, Luftman, Reicher & Cohen from 2003 to 2005. From 1982 to 2003, Mr. Tabach-Bank was a principal of the law firm Tabach- Bank & Levenstein. Mr. Tabach-Bank was named a Real Estate Super Lawyer by Los Angeles Magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Mr. Tabach-Bank has in the past and is currently serving on a number of charitable and educational boards and committees, including Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, Hebrew Union College, University of Southern California's Center for the Study of Jews in American Life and the Israel Cancer Research Fund which honored him as its Humanitarian of the Year in 2005. Mr. Tabach-Bank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University Law School.



Daisy Galo
Controller

Joined RP in 2006. Ms. Galo assists in day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and investor relations for RP. Prior to joining RP, Ms. Galo worked as Assistant Vice President for Mellon Global Securities Services and was the Vice President and Corporate Controller for Coast Asset Management, an alternative investment manager. Ms. Galo graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Woodbury University and received an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management.



Keith Ivey
Director of Asset Management

Joined RP in 2008. Based in the Orlando, Florida office, Mr. Ivey is the Director of Asset Management and is responsible for property and asset management on behalf of RP Realty Partners nationally. Mr. Ivey has over 11 years of commercial real estate management, project management and engineering experience. Prior to joining RP, Mr. Ivey was a Senior Real Estate Manager at CB Richard Ellis on their Global Corporate Service line for Gramercy Capital Corp. He was responsible for over one million square feet of assets in Florida and Alabama and managed the accounts Florida Mobile Maintenance. From 1997 to 2008, Mr. Ivey held progressively senior roles at CB Richard Ellis via the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. He has gained extensive experience managing office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial buildings for clients such as Invesco, Lend Lease, Morgan Stanley, Principal Financial, and Gramercy Capital Corp. Mr. Ivey holds an active Florida Real Estate license.



Daniel Stansell
Associate General Counsel

Joined RP in 2007. Mr. Stansell is responsible for meeting the company's legal needs with regard to acquiring, financing, repositioning, managing and disposing of assets. Mr. Stansell is a member of the State Bar of California and has approximately four years of broad-based real estate investment experience. Mr. Stansell has been involved in acquisition/disposition transactions involving in excess of $350 million of real estate and has also been involved in excess of 100 lease negotiations. Mr. Stansell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Studies from Westminster College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, where he attended as a Dean's Scholar.
